Accurate Conveyor provides a comprehensive plant maintenance contract.  Monthly preventive maintenance is essential to ensure the long-term performance of your automated systems.  More importantly, a schedule maintenance contract will virtually eliminate downtime and loss of production.  Preventative maintenance agreements can be tailored to meet your individual company needs.  One of our trained service technicians will visit your site on a quarterly basis for a complete performance evaluation of your system, as well as servicing your equipment.  This service includes:

• Evaluation of system
• Report on what parts are worn or broken
• Replacement of worn/broken parts
• List of high - wear parts that should be in stock for emergencies
• Professional advice on the proper operation of equipment.
